CANCELLATION POLICY Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. I do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online, over the phone or in person. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour mark, a 100% charge of the service booked will be incurred. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a 100% of the services booked. GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE in person upon request.
